Cover Glass / Glass Substrate

• Reduction-Type Image Sensor Cover Glass
  This extremely high precision borosilicate cover glass is used for reduction-type image sensors such as CCD/CMOS devices.
   
  -particle emmission from glass is minimized so as not to damage image sensor cells with the severe control of impurities in glass.
• Laser Diode Cover Glass
  These are thin borosilicate glass plates with the highest light transmittance and are used as part of laser diodes, light emitting diodes and photo diodes.
   
  Hexagonal and rectangular shapes are available.
• High-Expansion Glass-Ceramic Substrates
  These are available for various high-expansion, non-magnetic and/or heat-resistant applications such as magnetic head substrates.
  
  Precision processed substrates can be processed with a dicing saw.
